Steiff Tabby limited edition of 6000. This is a Museum Collection piece made in 1986/88, it is a replica of the 1928 Tabby. The cat is made of mohair, the buttton is in the ear. This cat has a fine coat of mohair plush and dyed using a method introduced by Steiff in the late 1920’s.
